Charitable Giving and Matching Gift Program

The program is called Workplace Giving and is found on Fidelity’s NetBenefits.com. If you make a contribution to a qualified organization, Waters will provide a dollar-for-dollar match, with a minimum donation of $25, and a yearly maximum of $1,000 (whether you donate it all to one charity, or split it between multiple ones).

To qualify, the organization you’d like to support must have a 501(c)(3) tax exemption number.
